Requests For Services and Providers of Services/Products

The Professional Inter-Active Marketing Association (hereinafter called "PIAMA.ORG" or "The Association") reserves the right to refuse to post, alter or remove any request, bid, quote or other transmitted information by an Advertiser or Member. PIAMA.ORG may exercise this right without any advance notice to an Advertiser or Member submitting the post, bid, quote or other transmitted information or request.

PIAMA.ORG acts as a referral, rating and listing agent, as well as a provider of services between advertisers and members.  It is in its best interest to attempt to make sure that every transaction proceeds smoothly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.  However, In the event that an irresolvable dispute arises as a result of a transaction, both The Association Member and Advertiser agree that as a referral, rating and listing agent, PIAMA.ORG is completely harmless and not liable in any way for said dispute, unless explicitly detailed in writing.

As the purpose of The Association is to facilitate the fulfillment of service requests and financial transactions via the site, any post, bid or quote that is in conflict with this purpose may lead to deletion of the post or request, as well as Advertiser account termination or cancellation of Membership with The Association.

Those who choose to access this Web Site are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Information available on this Web Site and transactions occurring as a result of your use of the site may be subject to Local, State, Federal or International Laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, licenses and fees.

In order to protect the legal rights and recourse of both Advertisers and Members, all users of the site affirm that they are legal adults, able to enter into contracts and are at least 18 years of age. Persons not meeting this requirement are not allowed to utilize any services on this site.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You are Entitled to a FULL REFUND under the following examples:

• You accept a bid or a quote for services and pay the fees as outlined or agreed, the service service that you paid for should start at the time outlined in the agreement, but not later than 15 days from the time of receipt of payment. If you do not receive the service as outlined and agreed to, you are entitled to a full refund.
   

• You agreed to a particular service, but the service that you agreed to and paid for was misrepresented to you, you are entitle to a full refund.

You are Not Entitled To a Full REFUND under the following examples:

• The PIAMA fully carried out the agreed upon services, but you did not received the result that you imagined. If you agreed to a service and received it, all fees have been earned and there are no refunds.
   

• Your promotion was fraudulent, or you made intentional omissions or misrepresentations regarding any aspect of your online business or promotion. Intentional misrepresentations will lead to forfeiture of all fees paid, and there are no refunds due.
   

• You may cancel your service at any time prior to implementation and start of the requested service.
   

• You may modify the terms of your requested service by mutual consent and agreement between you and the Association or member.

Warranties

All services provided by PIAMA.ORG are provided 'as is', without warranties as to performance, fitness, merchantability, and any other warranty (whether expressed or implied), unless specifically outlined in writing or explicit agreement.
