HOW DOES PIAMA HELP ME AND HOW DO I USE IT?

1)  I Have An Online Business and I Want To Find The Best Method and Price To Promote it. How does “PIAMA” help me?

Similar to the hugely successful business eBay
®, PIAMA® is a member based organization that acts as a link between its Members and you the Online Business Owner.

We will distribute your request to our Members or if needed, Non-Members, using your Account ID for privacy. We will forward replies from our members, along with prices, counter-offers, outline or details of what they will provide to you, for your review.

If you accept an offer, payment will be arranged through PIAMA, or held by PIAMA until you have received the service based on the terms. In some cases, full payment is withheld until you have received the services as requested. In other instances when full payment in due upon acceptance, payment is released to Member (or Non-Member) and PIAMA monitors the transaction to completion, to insure that you receive the best possible service and professional treatment.

2) What does this service cost?

There are no service charges or finders fees for Advertisers. Fees are Paid To PIAMA by the Members or Providers of the services to you.

3) How do I pay the Member?

After you accept an offer to fulfill the service you requested, you submit the agreed upon fee to an escrow account via credit card, postal mail check or bank to bank wire transfer (wire transfer involves a small surcharge to cover our expenses). The Member is paid in the following manner, and you are notified in advance:

  1. Upon completion of the service. The Member is not paid until the service you have requested, has been delivered to you in full compliance with the agreement.

  2. Pro-Rata Payments. The Member is paid per project or upon completion of phases of a project or service. Some agreements require cost that must be borne by you, and you agree to pay these costs in installments or phases, as they are completed or obtained.

  3. Payment In Full - In Advance. With some requests, such as Pay-Per-Click, Search Engine Guaranteed Inclusions, Press Releases or Advertising Purchases From 3rd Party Providers, full payment is due in advance.

You are free to negotiate either of the above Payment methods, or a combination of them. Members are free to negotiate a suitable and acceptable payment method with you.

4) What is a preferred payment method ?

Any method that is agreeable between You and the Member
.

6)
How are Advertiser and Member disputes handled (arbitration)?

Most transactions are completed to the satisfaction of all, however, there may be times when you have a disagreement with a Member that provided services to you. If you and a Member are in a dispute regarding any aspect of the service that you received, all parties enter into PIAMA Arbitration and Resolution to determine if the contract was met or not. PIAMA follows the rules of arbitration to determine what has and has not been delivered or performed, and may even verify that the services have been rendered as agreed. To ensure fairness, all parties have already agreed in advance to abide by the PIAMA settlement.

 7) What protections does PIAMA offer me as an Advertiser?

  • Each New Member's application is reviewed and verified prior to acceptance. Contact information, references, past performance and reputation may also be checked and verified. PIAMA frequently rechecks information given to it by members to insure accuracy.

  • PIAMA can act as a direct buyer, referral or escrow service in many transactions for added safety.

  • PIAMA will hold fees paid by you for a service, and will return those fees if the service was not performed (see our Refund And Cancellation Policy above).

  • Active Members agree to provide additional services to you at little or no charge, if you are not pleased with the initial services performed. This is an attractive feature if you entered into a No-Refund transaction.

  • In the event that you are not satisfied with a selected Member's level of service, PIAMA may select another Member to carry out the service for you, or PIAMA may provide additional service to you at no additional charge.
